Small property funds manager Viento Group , which has about $275 million of assets under its control, says it is trading very close to break even and is likely to hit this mark for the full financial year.

Viento is refocusing on the business of direct property funds manager and wants to run trusts in the commercial, retail and residential subdivision space.
