Hartleys Research has a “speculative buy" on Tigers Realm Coal which is developing the Amaam Coal Project on Russia’s far east coast.
“We are initiating coverage of TIG with a ‘speculative buy’ recommendation and a price target of 22¢ per share," Hartleys said.
