Saunders net profit jumps 29pc
Saunders International achieved a 2012-13 net profit of nearly $5.8 million, representing an increase of 29 per cent compared with the previous corresponding year. It was a strong performance at all levels with revenue jumping 31 per cent to $60.5 million.
Profit was slightly ahead of management’s guidance of $5.6 million, which was provided in June. The company’s balance sheet has remained strong over recent years, and with cash of $13 million and zero debt, Saunders is well-positioned to pursue growth initiatives and fund current projects in 2013-14.
