ResMed chief executive Mick Farrell said the medical device maker is only one mile into a marathon in its push to integrate data and cloud technology with healthcare.

In February the $10.6 billion ResMed inked a deal to acquire health information technology group Brightree for $US800 million in a clear signal of strategic intent.
