QBE Insurance Group's North America boss David Duclos is stepping down from the $15 billion insurer and will be replaced by American International Group executive, Russell Johnston.
Mr Duclos, who took over QBE's troubled US business three years ago, will stay at the company as a non-executive director of QBE Emerging Markets and Equator Re. He will also provide advice to operational strategies across the group.
