Scouting around for a company trading below the value of its net tangible assets (NTA) is one of the oldest tricks in the book, and recent manoeuvres on the register of one company shows the practice is not dead.
Among the latest prey is Oceania Capital Partners (OCP) , the former Allco Equity Partners.
