Operator and manager of retirement communities, Aveo, signed an agreement with Springfield Land Corporation in May with a view to developing an integrated seniors living campus at Springfield in Queensland.
The group said it had been appointed as the exclusive developer of up to 2500 new seniors housing units and other health and integrated facilities at 'Health City Springfield Central', with the development to be titled Aveo Springfield.
