Intueri Education chairman Chris Kelly slaps down takeover rumours
The chairman of Australasian company Intueri Education Group says it has had no takeover approaches either formally or informally from any outside party, and that it will take time for the shock waves rippling through the ASX-listed education sector to dissipate.
Intueri chair Chris Kelly told Fairfax Media on Tuesday that speculation it had been approached by private equity firm Anchorage was wrong, and there had been no overtures from anybody.
