GetSwift settles shareholder class action

GetSwift, the former market darling co-founded by AFL footballer Joel MacDonald, has settled a long-running class action with shareholders, leaving the last mile logistics company free to finalise its legal proceedings with the corporate regulator.

The company, which controversially de-listed from the ASX and is now trading on Canada’s NEO exchange, told investors it had agreed with the shareholders to settle the class action.
