Patersons Securities adviser Clive Henley has been banned from providing financial services for three years for breaches of the Corporations Act in relation to shares in the ASX-listed paternity testing company Genetic Technologies (GTG).

Mr Henley was found to have ­created an artificial price in Genetic shares and to have falsified order records over two accounts belonging to Gail Bratz and Priscilla Bond.
