Genetic trades lead to third ban

Patersons Securities adviser Clive Henley has been banned from providing financial services for three years for breaches of the Corporations Act in relation to shares in the ASX-listed paternity testing company Genetic Technologies (GTG).
Mr Henley was found to have created an artificial price in Genetic shares and to have falsified order records over two accounts belonging to Gail Bratz and Priscilla Bond.
