Delays, but Beadell Resources stock 'cheap'

Hartleys has a "speculative buy" on Beadell Resources and a 12-month price target at 43¢.
"Beadell Resource has announced that due to regulatory approvals at the Duckhead deposit, there will be a short delay to commencing the open pit cutback. The Duckhead cutback is planned to contribute 20koz.
