Alibaba founder and multi-billionaire Jack Ma has dispatched the first shipment of masks and coronavirus test kits to the US.

As the US healthcare system scrambles to contain the growing number of US cases, Mr Ma is making good on his weekend pledge to donate 500,000 coronavirus test kits and one million face masks to the US.
