Douugh to send its directors on a listing compliance course

Sarah Turner

Fintech Douugh said that it will send its directors to an ASX listing rules compliance course, making the pledge in a response to a query letter from the exchange.

"The company recognises the need for improved corporate government practices for identifying listing rule 10.11 parties in relation to issues of securities," it said.

It's undertaking a review of its corporate governance practices to ensure it has more stringent policies in place.

It blamed an administrative error for not identifying that related party entities Salvatore Mondello and Gisella Mondello participated in its placing.
