Cromwell Property Group's board has been spilled at its annual general meeting in Brisbane on Wednesday afternoon.

Sources told this column the property investor suffered a second strike against its remuneration report at its AGM, which triggered a vote on a sixth resolution to spill the board.

It is understood more than 50 per cent of shareholders voted in favour of resolution six, thus spilling Cromwell's board and the company must now hold a spill meeting in the next 90 days.
