ASX rallies to two-month high

The Australian sharemarket rallied to a two-month high to finish the week, supported by strong gains from the major banks and miners.
The S&P/ASX 200 Index ended the week 111.8 points, or 1.5 per cent, higher at 7406.2 after climbing 19.1 points, or 0.3 per cent, on Friday, and hitting its highest level since January 18.
