AMA Group said on Wednesday it had struck a deal with Woods Accident Repair Centres to provide services for its operations for six months with an option to acquire the group at the end.
The pair agreed on a purchase price of $2 million, about three-times earnings before interest and tax, with earn-out payments over the following three years.
