Underground mining contractor Barminco has hogged much of the spotlight around local initial public offerings of late, but bankers for listed property fund 360 Capital Industrial Fund have been rounding up support for a listing next month.
360 Capital is in the market for $250 million, which would allow it to list with a market capitalisation of $335.8 million. Fund managers have been told the fund would list on July 4, while the whole IPO process should be finished on August 3.
