A Sydney-based bitcoin mining company is looking to take advantage of soaring cryptocurrency prices and cheap green electricity to build a bitcoin ‘mine’ in rural Australia.

Cosmos Capital expects to list on the Nasdaq in June and is in talks with energy providers with excess power capacity in NSW, Victoria and South Australia to power what would be its third bitcoin mining operation.
