Speculative money has poured into platinum group metals since the depths of the financial crisis, stoking fears of a bubble. But one broker said supply constraints and healthy demand should underpin prices for years to come.

Platinum group metals include platinum, palladium and rhodium. Commonly used in jewellery, the metals also have industrial uses – primarily in vehicle manufacturing.
