Orpheus Energy lodged a prospectus with the ASIC and ASX for a total of 50 million shares at 25¢ each to raise $12.5 million and an oversubscription of up to 10 million shares at 25¢ to raise a maximum of $15 million.

The offer comprised a rights issue, a priority offer and a public offer.
