West Australian mining group Enterprise Metals Limited and Enterprise Uranium Limited have brought in a new consultant CFO and Queensland miner Guildford Coal has lost its finance chief to Glencore.

Damian Delaney has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Enterprise Metals Limited and Enterprise Uranium Limited. In all roles he succeeds Dennis Wilkins who has resigned effective immediately.
