Harvey to stock gas-to-electricity generators
Ceramic Fuel Cells’ BlueGen gas-to-electricity generators could eventually be available to retail customers, after the company said Harvey Norman‘s commercial arm would stock the product.
Ceramic Fuel Cells ’ BlueGen gas-to-electricity generators could eventually be available to retail customers, after national retail chain Harvey Norman ’s commercial arm agreed to stock the product.
The units, which are about the size of a dishwasher, use fuel cell technology to convert natural gas into electricity. According to Ceramic Fuel Cells, which is listed on the ASX and the London AIM market, over a year the units can produce twice the electricity needed for an average home, with the excess power put into the grid.
