Overland Resources (OVR) has entered into subscription agreements to raise $6 million through the issue of 70.6 million shares at 8.5¢ each. Shareholders will be entitled to participate in a shareholder purchase plan for up to 22.2 million at 8.5¢ to raise $1.89 million.
