Awaiting a uranium U-turn

Uranium stocks have suffered since the bursting of the uranium bubble last year, with a halving in the price of the nuclear fuel since its peak 12 months ago dulling investor interest in the once red-hot hopes for a nuclear power renaissance.
It was a year ago when the uranium price hit a record high of $US138 a pound, capping a supercharged rally from a low of $US6.75 a pound in March 2001.
