Illawarra Hawks owner Jared Novelly has claimed National Basketball League boss Larry Kestelman threatened him over attempts to obtain financial information, in the latest escalation of the saga engulfing the sport.
Novelly has taken his concerns about the way the sport is governed to the NSW Supreme Court, requesting access to documents related to the private league’s financial position, licence agreements and distribution of funds.
