Why this billionaire says Australia needs its own DOGE

Washington | Venture capitalist and cryptocurrency billionaire Tim Draper says Australia should start its own version of Donald Trump’s government cost-cutting unit, which would boost lacklustre economic growth.
Mr Draper, famed for buying 30,000 bitcoins in 2014 for $US19 million, now valued at $US2.9 billion ($4.5 billion), said Trump’s planned efficiency department would cut government jobs and reduce red tape, unleashing private sector investment and stimulating growth.
