Netanyahu vows ‘war has not yet ended’ despite Sinwar’s chance killing

Washington / Brussels | Israel said it had killed Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, the architect of last year’s October 7 attack which triggered the deadliest war in the history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Israeli forces on Thursday (Friday AEDT) said troops appeared to have run across him unknowingly in a battle, only to discover afterwards that a body in the rubble was Israel’s most wanted man.
