A former executive and self-described whistleblower suing Super Retail Group over her dismissal said she suffered suicidal thoughts and felt victimised by the company after it made an ASX announcement that she feared would lead to her identification, Federal Court documents claim.
Amelia Berczelly was company co-secretary with her colleague Rebecca Farrell who is also suing the retailer over an alleged settlement gone wrong.
