Should doctors prescribe Ozempic for heart disease too?
A landmark study has shown Ozempic can reduce the risk of death in people with serious heart problems who are overweight or obese but do not have diabetes.

Australian doctors are in a quandary over powerful new evidence that shows high-dose Ozempic can effectively treat heart disease.
Their problem is that this blockbuster drug is only approved in Australia for the treatment of diabetes type 2 and is already in very short supply.
