SkyCity takes Macquarie to court over car park dispute

Adelaide casino owner SkyCity Entertainment has taken Macquarie to the Auckland High Court over the termination of a 2019 deal to own and operate car parks at its flagship Auckland casino.
The ASX-listed casino operator cut full-year earnings expectations at an investor day on Wednesday, with a slowdown in revenue from the international business and rising legal and compliance costs related to a crackdown on money laundering weighing on its bottom line.
