Public service boss quits over ‘private urination incident’

A senior executive has quit the federal government’s pesticides and chemicals authority after what has been described as a “private urination incident” in the presence of colleagues.
Senate estimates heard on Tuesday a member of the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority executive team quietly resigned from the organisation after a complaint was raised with human resources staff about an incident at a private function.
