With job switching at record high levels, former Disney chairman and chief executive Bob Iger has some career advice for workers: be patient.
Speaking at the Macquarie Technology Summit on Tuesday morning, Mr Iger – who spent 47 years working at the company until he retired – urged workers not to rush into new roles.
