Rich Lister-owned developer MAB Corp has beefed up its industrial pipeline in Melbourne’s south-east after acquiring a 45-hectare land parcel in Cranbourne East for about $75 million.

Comprising two adjoining sites fronting Thompsons Road, the amalgamated property is expected to yield over 180,000 square metres of industrial and logistics facilities with an end value of more than $400 million once fully developed.
