Corporate lawyer John Atanaskovic is known for three things. The first is the hefty clients he has represented (including billionaires Bruce Gordon and Rupert Murdoch). The second is his considerable legal acumen. And the third is his aggressiveness, which is truly legendary.
And so we can’t say we were surprised at the ruling handed down in Sydney’s Federal Circuit Court on Thursday, which examined in detail his treatment of his boutique firm Atanaskovic Hartnell’s long-serving general manager Elizabeth Kelly.
