Billionaire developer Lang Walker has teamed up with listed property fund manager Abacus Property Group on a $750 million twin office tower project that will flank both sides of central Melbourne’s Collins Street, rising above historic warehouses.

The towering scheme will deliver as much as 155,000 square metres of office space and, if approved and developed, will represent a major investment into the long-term appeal of CBD workplaces.
