Tesla reports 87pc increase in 2021 deliveries

Tesla said it delivered 936,000 cars in 2021, an 87 per cent increase from the year earlier, despite the computer chip shortage that has disrupted auto production worldwide.
In October-November alone, Tesla delivered more than 308,000 vehicles, a 71 per cent increase from the year-earlier period, the company said on Sunday (Monday AEDT).
