New Zealand will open its border to all fully vaccinated citizens and visa holders wishing to return from Australia from January 16 next year as the first step in a three-month phased re-opening to the world.
From February 13, vaccinated New Zealand citizens and visa holders from the rest of the world can re-enter the country, followed by other vaccinated visitors – including international tourists – from the end of April.
