Pinnacle Investment Management is getting into the private equity game via Sydney-based growth fund manager Five V Capital.

Pinnacle has agreed a deal to pay as much as $75 million for a 25 per cent stake, investing alongside Five V’s founders and principals Adrian MacKenzie and Srdjan Dangubic.
