Victoria is reopening its borders to all vaccinated travellers from next Wednesday, paving the way for a rebooting of the major Melbourne-Sydney air route and putting pressure on the smaller states to open their borders for vaccinated interstate travellers.
The opening up of one of the world’s busiest air routes and international travel to Sydney was part of a broader move to allow vaccinated travel, Victorian Health Minister Martin Foley indicated.
