APA Group to extend $17b AusNet Services offer, waits for panel

APA Group is set to lengthen the fuse on its exploding $17 billion bid for AusNet Services.

APA Group is expected to confirm on Wednesday that its cash and scrip offer with a $2.60 a share headline price did not explode on Tuesday night, as had been intended, even though it is yet to gain access to AusNet’s data room.
