Costa family-backed agricultural developer and manager goFARM has joined the rural listings bonanza this spring after putting one of the largest broadacre cropping properties in the NSW southern Riverina on the market.

Price expectations are above $60 million for 11,260-hectare Yarrabee Park, which goFARM has developed into an institutional-grade growing operation producing 37,500 tonnes of grain and fodder a year.
