Tabcorp Holdings wants bidders Entain and Apollo Global Management to make offers for its struggling wagering arm that it can seriously entertain as alternatives to the demerger an internal review has found is the best option on the table.
Tabcorp chairman Steven Gregg said he wanted more certainty around completion of alternative offers.
