Details of a rape allegation made against former attorney-general Christian Porter have been made public for the first time in a dossier released by the Federal Court.
The revelation followed a successful move by a friend of the alleged victim to remove Mr Porter’s solicitor from representing him in a now settled defamation action he brought against the ABC.
