PEXA says biggest prize is in the UK

Electronic conveyancing group PEXA says it is now doing about 300,000 property transactions a month in Australia, where it has 80 per cent of the market, but a bigger prize lies in the United Kingdom where it aims to snare a large chunk of a market worth $719 million annually.

International expansion into the UK, where the addressable market is more than 2½ times larger than the Australian market of $280 million, is one of the major growth planks for PEXA, which on Monday unveiled the prospectus for its listing on the ASX.
