Credit Suisse keeps heat on Sanjeev Gupta

London | Credit Suisse says it has a strong legal position as it tries to recoup cash from embattled steel tycoon Sanjeev Gupta for investors in its four shuttered supply-chain finance funds.
Chief executive Thomas Gottstein said it would take several months to wrap up its discussions with the three most “idiosyncratic” companies whose debts are locked up in its frozen Greensill-related funds.
