Former Ferrari chief smashes suburb record by $2m with beachfront pad

Rose Bay apartment owners have scored a new suburb high from which to hang their prospective high hopes after former Ferrari chief executive Herbert Appleroth sold his beachfront pad for $13.5 million.
The sale by The Agency’s Ben Collier and Atlas’ Michael Coombs was secured before last weekend’s planned auction and for more than the $13 million hopes.
