MTAA Super kicks off $80m suburban office project
MTAA Super will kick off construction later this month of an $80 million speculative office development near Monash University’s Clayton campus in Melbourne’s south east that it hopes will attract big name tenants from the biotechnology and medical sectors.
The industry superfund, which in April will merge with Tasplan to become $23 billion Spirit Super, has appointed Hansen Yuncken as the builder of the six-floor office building at 2 Ferntree Place in Notting Hill offering 9676 square metres of lettable space.
