The dominoes have begun to fall at Crown Resorts with Guy Jalland and Michael Johnston – both key officials at James Packer’s private company Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH) as well as Crown – resigning from the gaming giant’s board after a review found it unfit for its Barangaroo casino.

Michael Johnston spent three days answering questions over how he sought to alter Crown’s financial forecasts.
