The short-seller who helped shatter the glamour around former sharemarket darling Blue Sky has said the company’s failure was a lesson in the need for transparency.

ASX-listed Blue Sky Alternative Investments went from a peak valuation of more than $1 billion in 2017 to the trash pile of administration and delisting by 2020 after investors lost faith in the funds management enterprise.
