Prime Minister Scott Morrison won't take action against senior ministers Alan Tudge and Christian Porter, saying the pair had not breached ministerial standards despite a bruising investigation into conduct in Canberra.
Mr Tudge, the Population and acting Immigration Minister, apologised after ABC TV's Four Corners program alleged he had an affair with a staffer in 2017, before rules banning sex between ministers and their taxpayer-funded staff were introduced.
